HOST – Twin City Softball Association
Home to over 600 athletes from U5 to U19, Twin City Angels draws players from across Sask Sports District 5, with strong roots in Warman, Martensville, and surrounding communities. We’re proud to host at Prairie Oasis Park—our premier softball facility—and excited to showcase it on a national stage

Looking to save a few dollars? Our Association is offering pre-sale tournament passes at a discounted rate compared to gate pricing.
Please note:

• Pre-sale passes are non-refundable.
• The ticket grants access to all games taking place from July 3-5.
• Presale tournament passes are available until Sunday, June 28. 
• Upon arrival at the event, please visit the Ticket Booth, located on South Railway Street, to pick up your tournament wristband. 
• Day passes will only be available for purchase at the gate and will not be offered in advance ($10 adult/senior and $5 youth ages 13-18yrs)
• Regular Tournament pass pricing is $30 adult/senior and $15 youth ages 13-18yrs (available only on Friday, July 3)

A reminder that all coaches/managers and athletes listed on the official roster will be provided free entry into the event. Coach/Team event passes will be provided to each team and distributed and available for pick-up on Friday, July 3rd when coaches will pickup their Softball SK tshirts and provide roster confirmation prior to their first game.

• Each team will receive two parking passes for their coaching staff, allowing access to designated parking areas at the ball diamond. 
• Drop-off zones will be marked for convenient player drop-off. 
• Please note that general parking is limited to street parking around the ball diamond complex, so plan accordingly.
• South Railway Street parking is one way and angled parking only on one side of the street. 
• There will be a designated athlete and fan drop-off zone at the North Entry.
• For those parking on surrounding streets, multiple pathways lead directly to the South Entry of the facility.
• Handicap parking will be available in the parking lot designated for coaches and volunteers, as well as street parking by the North Entry. Please note that a valid permit must be displayed to access this area and will be monitored by security.

Coaches Meeting
There is a mandatory Coaches Meeting on Wednesday, July 8 @ 8:30 pm via Zoom Teleconferencing. Each team must have ONLY one (1) representative in attendance, and preferably this is the Head Coach. The Zoom link and meeting agenda will be sent to the two contacts that are listed on the Provincial Championship Entry Form.

Date: Friday, July 3
Time: 5:45 following the conclusion of the 4:30pm game (will be no more than 30min)
Location: Prairie Oasis Park, Diamond #6
